Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman was an American female gymnast who was captain for her team in the US women's Olympic gymnastics the 2012 Fierce Five team as well as in the year 2016. In 2016, she was part of the Final Five. Aly Raisman was one of the gymnasts from the United States who won gold at the 2012 Olympics. This made her the first American gymnast at the Olympics with the highest number of medals. She and her teammate Gabby Doug were among the first Americans who won back-toback golds in team competitions. In addition, she was awarded silver medals at the individual all-around and for the floor workout. After the 2 Olympics she took an absence from competitive gymnastics for three years. Furthermore she was a part of two gold medal-winning American gymnastics squads. Gymnastics was her first sport since age of 2 and her favorite sport is floor exercise. Aly is a member for the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation to honor her mother, who passed away from cancer. Aly plans on pursuing an occupation as a designer. Her future goals include the expansion of her signature line of leotards. Fierce is a novel she's working on, is due out later in the year.
